DevStacker: Account & Data Deletion

At DevStacker, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so easily by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the DevStacker app:

  1. Open the DevStacker app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down to the "Account" section.
  4. Tap on Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your decision in the warning prompt. Your account will be deleted immediately.

How to Request Deletion (Via Email)

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual account deletion by contacting our support team:

  1. Send an email to devstackerapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your DevStacker account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
  3. Include your DevStacker username or account email in the body of the message.
  4. Our team will process your request and permanently delete your data within 7 business days.

What Happens to Your Data?

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our active servers:

  • Your user profile, email address, and authentication credentials.
  • All your generated project blueprints, active sprint plans, and saved quiz scores.
  • Your streak history, gamification statistics, and API usage logs.

Note: Financial transaction records (if you purchased a Pro or Premium subscription) are securely retained by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat in accordance with standard financial compliance laws. DevStacker does not hold your payment information.
