- Download and use our mobile application, or any other application of ours that links to this Privacy Notice.
- Use our educational mobile application designed to help software developers transition from tutorials to building independent projects. The app utilizes artificial intelligence to generate tailored project blueprints, daily sprint plans, and conceptual coding mentorship. It includes a project workspace, gamified progress tracking, and knowledge validation quizzes to help users build professional-grade software.
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any support, marketing, or events.
Questions or concerns? Reading this Privacy Notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still have any questions or concerns, please contact us at devstackerapp@gmail.com.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, or when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You: The credentials we collect may include email addresses and usernames. Password and authentication security is managed safely off-site by our third-party authentication provider (Clerk).
Payment Data: All financial subscription details are processed out-of-band and managed securely by standard mobile framework application storefront APIs: Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchases, and RevenueCat. You can view their respective compliance guidelines via their public endpoints: Google Privacy, Apple Privacy, and RevenueCat Privacy.
Application Data: If you use our application, we may request permission for Push Notifications to alert you regarding changes to your account operations or specific framework blueprints. These settings can be toggled manually at the hardware device OS container layer at any time.
Google API Infrastructure Clause
Our systems do not authenticate or parse raw personal data pipelines from Google APIs without adherence to the developer console limitations. Any background communication with infrastructure nodes aligns closely with the Google API Services User Data Policy, specifically respecting the Limited Use parameters.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your credentials strictly to manage security, maintain database states, authenticate unique instances, execute transaction monitoring safely, and protect individual vital configurations from malicious exploits.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We rely on valid contractual agreements to provide the Services, explicit user consensus, and legal mandates where compliance requires identity validation under global frameworks (GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, and US State privacy laws).
We do not sell user configurations. Data is only communicated during necessary Business Transfers (e.g., structural corporate transitions) or upstream to integrated verification pipelines as requested directly by your interface interactions.
5. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?
Yes. DevStacker contains tools integrated dynamically with external systems powered by DeepSeek, Anthropic, and Google Cloud AI. Code snippets and technical parameters you enter are processed downstream by these providers exclusively to generate development blueprints, documentation, and conceptual mentoring files. No sensitive, corporate-identifiable customer profile structures are intentionally exposed to these models.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We retain core diagnostic and identification data profiles only as long as you maintain an active profile structure within DevStacker. Deactivated properties are scrubbed or safely isolated within deep archives until systemic database sweeps cycle out completely.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We utilize complex electronic validation layers and technical protocols to insulate files from exploitation. However, no database sitting on open internet transport routes can be guaranteed to remain impervious to structural state-sponsored cyberattacks; usage of internal tools remains at your individual runtime risk.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13 years of age. DevStacker is designed for developers aged 13 and older. If our automated scanning discovers any active account belonging to a minor under 13 in compliance with COPPA federal statutes, we will block the endpoint immediately and completely delete any matching record fields from active servers. To flag suspected minor accounts, contact devstackerapp@gmail.com.
9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Depending on geographical boundaries (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, or specific US States), you maintain explicit regulatory permissions to request record extraction, change authorization paradigms, or pull core metadata logs out entirely by updating your parameter fields in the dashboard console.
10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Because industry consortia have not finalized a consensus engineering syntax for Do-Not-Track (DNT) web protocol variables, our platform layers do not alter parsing logic when detecting active DNT hardware signals.
11. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Yes. If you reside in California, Colorado, Texas, Virginia, or other states enforcing data protection models, you maintain rights to verify file processing, access structured logs, correct identity typos, and opt out of downstream data classification properties.
12. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
We modify these parameters when legal changes command fresh compliance protocols. The tracking state will always be bound to the "Last updated" metric timestamp displayed above.
13. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?
For questions or concerns, address digital queries to devstackerapp@gmail.com or contact us at:

14. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
To submit an explicit systemic command to purge or extract data histories tied to your token signature, file an inquiry via our unified portal interface: Data Subject Access Request Portal.
